We’ve recently encountered a frustrating issue affecting customers who use @icloud.com email addresses when placing orders on our shop.
📭 What’s happening?
Our confirmation and shipping emails sent to iCloud addresses are being rejected or silently filtered—meaning customers never receive them, not even in their spam folders. This has caused confusion, missed updates, and delays in communication.
🧵 You’re not alone
Many users have reported similar problems on Reddit’s community, where legitimate emails are either blocked or vanish without a trace. Apple’s filtering system appears to be over-aggressive, and unfortunately, we have no control over how their servers handle our messages.
🚫 Why this matters
If you use an iCloud email address, you may not receive:
- Order confirmations
- Shipping notifications
- Customer service replies
✅ What you can do
To ensure smooth communication, we strongly recommend using a non-iCloud email address (such as Gmail, Yahoo, Outlook, etc.) when placing your order.
We’re truly sorry for the inconvenience and hope Apple improves their filtering soon. In the meantime, we want to make sure you stay informed and receive every update about your order.
Thanks for your understanding and support! 💖 If you experience this iCloud email delivery issue, please reach out to our support team, or browse our full Chiikawa Plush Guide for more shopping tips and the latest collection updates.
This type of email delivery problem is not unique to our store — it stems from Apple’s own spam-filtering policies. For more details on how iCloud Mail handles junk filtering, you can check Apple’s official support documentation. In the meantime, we recommend double-checking your spam folder regularly and adding our email address to your contacts list to improve deliverability. We’re committed to keeping all Chiikawa Plush fans informed about their orders, and we appreciate your patience while this industry-wide issue gets resolved.
